03. Hosting and processors
The site is hosted and served by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States (Cloudflare Pages and Workers, delivered through Cloudflare's global network).
Three technical processors are involved in running the site:
- Supabase: the portal's database (editorial content, inquiries submitted through the contact form);
- ZeptoMail (Zoho Corporation): delivery of email notifications tied to the contact form;
- Sentry: technical monitoring of server errors.
What data each of them processes is detailed in the site privacy policy.
04. Intellectual property and licenses
The site's editorial content (text, structure, visual identity, original illustrations) is the property of KUMA SCIENCE SARL. Any reproduction beyond short attributed quotation requires prior written consent.
Two deliberate exceptions, which are the heart of the project:
- the catalog data is published under the CC-BY 4.0 license (DOI 10.5281/zenodo.21051755): free reuse, commercial use included, with attribution to Kuma Science;
- the Kuma Data Core engine is free software under the AGPL v3 license (DOI 10.5281/zenodo.21117158).
Trademarks, products and data sources cited on the site (NASA POWER, PVGIS, Copernicus, ERA5, Supabase, Cloudflare and others) remain the property of their respective owners.
05. Liability
Every value in the catalog is published with its source, its method and a confidence grade: that is the portal's doctrine. These values remain estimates derived from satellite models and reanalyses; they are no substitute for a ground measurement campaign or an engineering study before an investment decision. KUMA SCIENCE SARL cannot be held liable for decisions made on the sole basis of the information published on this site.

06. Governing law
The site and its use are governed by the law of the Republic of Guinea and the OHADA uniform acts. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Conakry.
